North Rustic specializes in personalized knives designed for gifting and keepsakes. All products are customized based on customer input and are made-to-order. Due to the nature of our products, special conditions apply.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details (e.g., text, spelling, design choices) are accurate before submitting;

• Custom orders begin processing immediately and cannot be modified or canceled once production has started;

• North Rustic reserves the right to reject any order with inappropriate or offensive customization requests.

All payments must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and seasonal demand;

• You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address;

• North Rustic is not liable for shipping delays or losses once the product is handed off to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are personalized:

• All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part;

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

• Damaged or Lost Items Do Have a 30 Day Return Policy. We are open to exceptions for returns that are engraved, please contact us.

Our knives are functional and sharp:
