To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Sizing Details The size of all jewelry and all knives is listed on every listing in the descriptions. Sizes vary by jewelry or knife type, and can be found on the listings descriptions. If you have any additional questions or requests, just message us and we will help you out. We are able to make adjustments and custom lengths for necklaces. Just let us know what you would like via messages

Wholesale Availability North Rustic is not a wholesale supplier. We will grant discounts on items that people contact us about price when buying several items, but we do not offer wholesale. We have multi item discount coupons available for those interested. Please message us if you have a large order for a bundle pricing.

Engraved Knives We offer Laser Engraving on Knives which is a free and optional service. By selecting this option, you will the engraving you desire on your knife with your choice of letter and/or numbers on the engraved area. Selecting to engrave the knife will void any returns since it is permeant. We can engrave names, dates, initials, anniversary's, retirements, logos, and much more.

Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom engraved items are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.

Yes, custom engraved items and personalized products cannot be returned. Additionally, items that have been used or are not in their original condition and packaging are not eligible for return.

Care Instructions Our products are made from real materials such as VG10 Damascus, D2, Stainless Steel Engraved Knives, Personalized gifts, Anther and Tooth pendants are a few samples. All of our materials are REAL and should be taken care of when not in use. As with any type of item, if you take good care of your knife and/or jewelry, they will last a lifetime.
